I wanted to comment on the fact that you warned Sid not to take too many naps.
While when you have some days off, YOU are the one that's always taking day time naps.
I've read about it here in this thread a few times IIRC...

and G... i take much naps when i have time off, because i work a full time job, work evenings, weekends, do my own house keeping, visit the elderly, look after my sister who needs taking care off... Those aren't naps, that's burnout prevention therapy...
