The whole search ***** at the airport is a load of *****. On our way back from Vegas to DC, we did the whole strip *****, did the right thing etc, only to hear and witness the security dudes flapping about someone testing positive to explosives residue, but they didn't know who, they had let them walk off and couldn't remember what they looked like, wtf!!!

So they just threw the round patch swab thing in the bin and just continued x-raying peeps.

What a joke!

Just read the thread about the father and son in their SCs who drove from SC to CA over the spring break, took 10 days, what a blast, although I would have taken longer I think. How cool was that.

Very cool. They sounded like they had a great time doing it.

I'm having a 5hithouse week, I should of stayed out in the bush.

I get to have today off to go to a wedding (although, I briefly thought about going in to work but said 'bugger it' when I woke :D)...should be fun.

Now to cap it off, the diekheads in power want to stuff around with my superannuation again. Now all I need is my footy team to lose this weekend....

Beth's company foot the bill for a box for Circus De solet. That was not something I would have put on my list of things to go see but it fun. Well worth the price I paid. :D
The son got the trans out of his car finally so today I get to rebuild it. Gonna be a suck day. I'm just glad it is at least going to be nice.
The shop doors are going to be open and I am putting a sign on a shotgun stating we are NOT open, don't ask.

Morning Rick. Rebuilding a trans is not on my top 10 list of ways I'd like to spend my weekend. I love the sign idea.

For me, it's gonna be: go to tile store(s), finish taxes, grilling some meat, and get some extra sleeping in.

Morning Jim, not going to spend the weekend, just a chunk of today. Tomorrow is scheduled to be yard work after I pick up a motorcycle for a friend who is in dire need of his own frigging pick up

Yeah, having my own pickup sure has made my live easier.

I am off to the PCA breakfast. Then some errands and back home to mow the yard. Should be a long day. Better than sitting on the couch watching TV.
