I heard an interesting phrase today.

"When was the last time you did something for the first time?"

I have to assume that is doing something interesting, not routine. For me it would be getting into a safe deposit box at the bank. I have seen the routine in many movies and TV shows but I have never done it. My dad had a safe deposit box at a bank a few blocks from his house. Their vault is a elevator ride one floor down to the vault, and then the big steel door and the boxes locked into place.

I was hopeful there was a few thousand shares of Apple stock or a big gold bar. No such luck. :(
