and then Andy, someone from the Stijn thread who lived in Oz, moved to Maryland, and with the help of D (nynor), and the boys, I located a lovely 911 1985 Cabriolet in Salt Lake City, and D took her for a test drive and had a look see, I bought "Marilyn" and had her shipped back to MD. She is lovely.
I intend to take her home in 2015 back to Oz, and she will join the family of our 61 356 Coupe Miss Daisy, and 72 911 Coupe Pusha. Marilyn will be our sunny day car. |

Andy, I am reading your thread from the start, love when cars get "found" and brought back to life. Miss Daisy had been sitting in a shed for 30 years. And now she is sitting in another shed for 3 years, she will be thinking she is unloved, again.
