The weather was almost perfect today. I was stuck indoors at my mother-in-law's house. I got to drive my El Camino 95 miles to Enid Oklahoma, and play electrician. I hung three bathroom lights. I had to install new boxes to hang the lights. I had to make two trips to the local hardware store for parts. The bonus is that she keeps her house at 74 degrees so I was sweating like a racehorse.

I got a free lunch of pork tenderloin so the food was good. :)

Ok class went well. Ate dinner. Movie time now. I snuck to my apartment and got a shower. That should make sleeping on a cot better.

I made a pork tenderloin skillet chili (asada de puerco) for dinner tonight. Brown diced pork tenderloin with diced pablano pepper, garlic, and cilantro. Then add diced onions, green chili enchilada sauce, and salsa verde and let simmer for 10 minutes. Serve in a big o bowl with shredded cheddar jack and a scoop of sour cream on top and some Doritos on the side.....mmm mmm good.

Ok got the boys to bed. I'm curled up in my sleeping bag on my cot. Time to attempt sleep
