Low and outside as in a baseball term, where that is where the ball passes over the plate and if the batter ever gets a solid hit on it, it is out of the park.

Sometimes it does happen, but it needs more rain than that. The last big one here was in '88, another minor one in '91. Some of the town gets cut off at times from minor localised flooding. There are lots of monsoon drains around the town, and some levies.

My house is outside the flood zone, so we should be okay if/when it happens.

And Rick, I thought you were going to say something in Rick witty fashion, not the same old request for pics. ;) I was ready to say, "bring it!" But I don't have pics off in my booty yoga shorts. Again, why the heck would I have pics like that? And if I did, they would be just for my man, and since I don't have one, the world will just have to survive without pics of booty yoga shorts.

Although the town hasn't been flooded for some time, floods around these parts are common. They've fixed the road south (mostly), so we rarely get cut off from that way but the north still gets cut nearly every year. East and west is too common to count.

Well, we can be dateless together. I hear men from Virginia are chivalrous. Maybe I will find a nice man there. In the middle of the mountains. While I am sweaty and gross from the humidity. It could happen.
