There is an imbalance in the universe now...

150 .308 brass have been prepped and primed, fifty of those were charged and bullets seated. the gun shop didn't have any bullets that i wanted, yesterday, so that fifty is all i have. the prep is the worst part, anyway.

tomorrow, i'll prep all my .223 brass.... well, i'll start that project.

After being there and done that, I have already said I don't think I would ever want to get married again. If I were to get married again, I wouldn't want a ring. If he insisted, a band. Just for the symbolization of marriage. Heck, I would be fine with a piece of string. After all the hoopla, you realize the important things in a marriage. The ring, the dress, the party. None of it matters. If the person I am getting married to will love me and I will love him and stay committed, that's all I need. Which is why I don't think I will get married again. It seems all unnecessary for what I am truly after. Just the legal stuff seems to be needed...

Not sure what the band is going to look like but the engagement ring is very nice. To each his own.
Beth didn't want anything big either.

Yup. To each his own. It because my past experience that makes me not want a ring and all that stuff. First time around? Yes, I wanted the ring. It was what every girl wanted. :)

Congratulations, G-man.

And yes, Jeff. What are you talking about?

Rick V 06-30-2013 05:16 PM

Jeff you get into D's pain killers?

nynor 06-30-2013 05:24 PM

did he kill some sort of critter? bark off and puncture wounds and claret.... i get that, but what happened?

Jferr006 06-30-2013 05:26 PM

Apparently I missed some stuff over the weekend. Rings? Say wha?
I went to a pool party with my favorite band Friday night (my friend's husband is the guitarist) and ive had a crush on the singer since highschool. Somehow, as an adult, I'm still a babbling idiot around this guy. Saturday we did the family thing and today my youngest swallowed a marble so off to the ER. So glad this weekend is over and somewhat anxious it's a short week.

nynor 06-30-2013 05:29 PM

swallowed a marble? what did they do about that? i am betting it'll pass.

tweezers74 06-30-2013 05:30 PM

My weekend and past week has been family family family. My sister is still here and we have been carting the kids back and forth from my house and my moms, swimming. My boys are as dark as dirt. Yesterday night I went dancing with a group of girlfriends for a belated birthday celebration for me. I love to dance and that's all I wanted I do. Had a blast dancing my tush off. I don't even know why I did my hair and make up. It was all a mess after dancing all night, not leaving the dance floor except for once to get a drink of water. :)

I would imagine nothing unless it was metal or something. Of obstructing or risk of obstructing an airway. But if he just plain swallowed it? Probably nothing. What did they do, Janet?
