The show is really fun! Keeps the attention quite well!

Rose is......well, we'll leave it at this: if I met a british chick that looked like that I'd be rendered speechless

I got sucked into PARF again this morning...... I wish there was a way to lock my self out.........

Rick V 10-05-2013 12:07 PM

Mike, every once in a while you need to go into parf to remind yourself that you are not a closed minded angry person with delusions of grandeur that has to prove to the unknown people that you are an enlightened superior being worthy of nothing more than the utmost admiration from the minion masses

Porsche-poor 10-05-2013 12:44 PM

Lunch! Then I have to now. @##%$!

Rick V 10-05-2013 12:50 PM

I keep telling you David, turn your phone the hell off

Porsche-poor 10-05-2013 03:14 PM

That should have been mow. The phone hates lawn mowing as much as I do.

That is the best description of PARF I have ever read.

That looks like is it screwed. ;)

Screwing wood together is so much better than nails.

HHI944 10-05-2013 05:48 PM

Definitely screwed I can't imagine nailing that together.
Self drilling epoxy coated super duper screws because apparently just plain old deck screws don't exist anymore...

It is freakin sturdy.....which is good because I intend to put a 30-40lb vise/ anvil on it

nynor 10-05-2013 05:53 PM

just add some lucas electronics to it.... we don't want it to be overly reliable. :D

GH85Carrera 10-05-2013 05:54 PM

The weather was great this afternoon. A High of 61.

I HAD to go play in the garage. It was just tooooooo pretty outside.

It was like a demonstration of short term attention deficit disorder. I went out to clean up some clutter and found the new foam seal for the evaporator on the Elky. I figured I would install that but I still needed some more foam to make it work right. I went looking for my bag of insulation I use on my garage AC unit. That remained me I needed to take that down and put it in winter mode. Before I can do that I need to clean off the shelf where the AC unit is stored and then I found my foam insulation so I finished the evaporator so I finished that then I got back to taking the AC unit loose to get it ready to store on the shelf. I had my neighbor help me take it out of the mount and put it on the shelf. Some stuff on the shelf needed to go to the attic so I got that done and then stuff needed to go to the storage building in the back yard. It just went on like that. I got a few thing finished but mostly I wasted time in the nice cool temp of the garage.

Wanna talk about crap electrics, let's talk about the 3 hours I spent replacing the door lock actuator in the new Landy, the one made while rover was owned by BMW

GH85Carrera 10-05-2013 06:18 PM

It is VERY satisfying to kill a skeeter that just landed on my leg. The same leg that has two skeeter bites on it.
