Shoulda known you would love that! My mom is a big fan of AFP. I'm not into her music but she has some interesting thoughts on the music industry and life in general.

Trivial fact... She is married to Neil Gaiman, the British author who wrote books like American Gods, Good Omens, etc. His book Coraline was actually made into a movie too.

She passed by imcarthur and myself last year and at first, we weren't sure it was her until it was to late. This year I happened to be at the backstage area at the main stage at NAMM and she walked by me again. Could not resist the op to get the pic. She was actually very sweet.

And yeah, I have the Devil's eyes to go with the devil's horns.

Jeff, I'm having a blast. It's the one time of the year the I get to party like a rock star, with rock stars, mingle, make some new friends, reconnect with few Pelicans, make some new contacts that may or may not go anywhere. Some dude saw me taking pix at the Sheila E concert and asked me to email the pix with my watermark on the good ones and maybe they'll get published in a Canadian mag. It's also the one time where the celebrities are not self centered and open up a bit, allow autographs and pix. Being that it is an industry event, they kinda need to be on their best behavior, but, the majority of those attending are not the typical people/paparazzi.

Morning guys. It is gorgeous here today. No wind a blue skies and mid 60s. I am playing with the 911. It was dusty from sitting. I love the smell of a fresh engine. New gaskets and such.

Clear blue and 60s? Sounds like a normal day down here! ;)
