Died one me the other day and won't start.... Turns over just fine... Just won't fire... Swapped the DME relay out of the 924... Now I need to check for spark and fuel...

tach bounce when turning over? also, i had a DME fail on me just like that. oh, and check your timing.

I plan to pull the covers and check everything this weekend... I'm really hoping the timing didn't jump...

I want to say yes to tach bounce... But I can't be 100% certain... I wasn't really paying attention....

well, go check it out. if that tach isn't bouncing, its a whole different diagnosis path.

Its tucked away in the garage at home... I'm at school... 15mi away trying to work on some Chem stuff....

If its the T-belt (god forbid).... I think I may just swap in the other motor...

i am betting on a bad connection at the reference sensors or the DME. i am sure the belt is fine. its not voodoo. did you look at the fuses?

Looked at all the fuses before I called dad for a tow home...
