Off to a free concert by Dragon tonight. Prolly not gunna be quite the same without Marc Hunter. Can't beat free though.

GH85Carrera 10-10-2014 05:54 PM

There have been some free concerts that I would have paid to NOT go to.

An Octopuss?

GH85Carrera 10-11-2014 06:43 AM

I am up and watching the F1 qualifying.

Getting married seems to have really slowed Vettel down. Either getting too much or not enough.

Friend told me how to watch live BBC Sky Sports broadcast linked on reddit.com. Could not get it to display on the TV (the link locked up the web browser on my TV) AND it was low res blurred even on my laptop screen. So my review is that it sucked. The commentary color might have been better, I just couldn't get past the sucky video to find out. Getting Spoiled.

Yea, the full 60 inch HD 1080p with surround sound is spectacular for the race. To be able to read the steering wheel, see the flat spots on the tires and the fine detail makes it worth while.

Evening Y'all.
Well yet another week of school in the books. I really hate Maryland and having to drive through NOVA to get there.
I came home to a rapidly recovering kitty, which made me very happy, I blew up the car they sent me to school with, that made me very very happy. :)

Jim Richards 10-11-2014 04:02 PM

Lu and I wasted the day driving around looking for fall colors. Western MD and southwestern PA seemed to be OK. I think next weekend should be better.

Rick V 10-11-2014 04:12 PM

I'll just stick my face out my kitchen window and see the colors. Pete has a better view but screw that I am not driving all the way up there

nynor 10-11-2014 05:11 PM

rick, how did you blow up the car?

Rick V 10-11-2014 05:27 PM

Well when it started to make a very bad noise and the temp went up about twenty mins away from the shop I just kept on driving, It made it back to the shop but it wasn't running so well. I think the water pump failed. Screw it I was tired and didn't feel like waiting for a wrecker

RKDinOKC 10-11-2014 05:40 PM

Glad to hear the kitty is recovering.

That sounds like how my brother drives all his vehicles, just keep driving until it won't go any more.

Rick V 10-11-2014 05:43 PM

Well it was a company toyota

You're too late..........had 19 other P cars chasing Ellen and I around the state today. Most of the leaves are on the ground already but there were some nice colors still to be found.

Hey..... I just thought of something.......you could ride up tonight and help me put the trans. back in the F-550 tomorrow...........

Rick V 10-11-2014 06:23 PM

If you had called me yesterday I could have saved myself a few hours and driven up from Maryland
