On of our 2 ton trucks has some bad syncros.... So you have to know which gears to grind to get it to go in other gears.... Its a royal pain in the ass

There was nothing to grab onto with a wrench, that's how low it snapped off. It took us probably 2 hours to figure out how to weld it back together and not modify the snot out of the rest of the assembly.

Man, I love that stupid truck...

I been there too, Glen. That is an evil bunch of pieces to handle.

I had my shift coupler explode like that back when my regular DD was unavalible. My Carrera was pulling DD duties and became almost impossible to shift. The shift coupling is a fairly easy fix. If you ever get your hands on the Wevo shift coupler you will wonder why you ever put up with the OEM unit.

I still have to finish putting the center console back together. That is a tediuos job.
