Richard, today is a good day to not need to commute to work. I just looked out the window and the southbound Broadway extension is a parking lot.

There was a show on called Corner Gas. The gas station guy would take a weeks vacation sitting in a lawn chair out in the field by the gas station with a cooler of beer and a book. He would tell everyone he had travelled to all kinds of exotic places and send post cards back to the station. If anyone tried to talk to him he would act like they weren't there or just quote his post card.

Feel like doing that today for my brithday day off, I've already got 3 calls from work.

One of the threads I started about the car show brought up an interesting thought.... Have we given any thought to Making some posters out of the flyer Richard designed? Loose all the sign up info and make it nice and big? How cheap could we get them printed?

Where will you put the posters, and how many donation dollars difference do you think they would make.

I had a guy ask about buying a poster. We might be able to sell them if the price was right....

Ask him how much he would pay. I can slip a few 16x24 prints out the door if they will pay 15 or 20 bucks each.

I let him know... We'll see.

Crap I'd take one at that price if they were being run...

The art for the flyer is illustrator so sizing up is easy greasy.

I would have liked to napped all day Richard...

I guess I need to send an email out to all of the board and see if there is enough interest in doing poster to make it worth printing...

I guess I might be just a tad late, but I going to tell my superior here that I want to go on holiday next week....
My chances are slim at best, knowing that it is busy at the office and that my colleague has just had three weeks off and that for some odd reason he hasn't come in this week yet.....

I used to just walk out and come back a week later. Ultimately, I'd call the next day and air out my feelings.
