The only reason MY GTS is worth so much is because it almost doubled in value since I got it. Otherwise I couldn't afford it.

Costed me 4 times the value of the old Rover to up upgrade to the CayenneS. Sure feel like it was worth it though. At least until the maintenance starts eatin on my wallet.

A local friend and a 993 Turbo S in a rare color. He bought it when it was at the lowest price. One sold recently at auction for $480K! That is insane money. His is still not for sale. He has a real nice 356 Speedster as well as several other nice Porsches.

I'd be torn if someone offered me stupid money for mine.

His Turbo is Viola Metallic. He said there were 2.
He also fully restored a 356 sunroof coupe to go with his speedster.

He is building a new house with a bigger garage so he can put all his cars in it. I think he can garage 10 where he is now.

Couple years ago he had a motorcoach built to haul his family and 2 of his cars around to events.

Owns and runs a funeral home. If you got on his bad side he could make you disappear pretty easily.
