I am on a journey to get my wheels and tires. Since it is around the corner from a great steak sandwich place guess where I managed to find lunch?
|
I like those too, which one is it?
|
Sorry to break up the lunch chat....
Wife had to go to her office to run a report. She called me a bit ago obviously upset. When she went into the plant area she saw an interior window shattered. She called the police who sent sent the canine unit to search the premises. Not to sound sexist but I don't like when she goes to the site alone. She's a pretty bada$$ hunter but still. |
Elves?

don't blame you a bit. Good call on her part.
|
She could be more bad than Black Widow from the Avengers and still feel protective of her. Sexist maybe but that what husbands do.
|
She just called and the police cleared the bldg. without incident. It was an interior office window and there was no sign of entry at any of the exterior doors. They have a pretty sound security system with thumbprint recognition to enter.
I'm thinking the window shattered due to "crap happens" and not an intruder. She told me it was like an episode of COPS, which she watches. Alrighty then! Back yo our regularly scheduled programming>>>lunch! |
better safe than sorry.

At least its not the "Up Chuck House"

There is one besides the one the used to be in Edmond?
|
It is a very blue collar place. I was almost the only guy in there that did not have dark blue pants and a light blue shirt with my name above the pocket. Only a few women. I was a good boy and did not even order the french fries. Just the chicken fried steak sandwich. Burp.

The owner is a friend of Dumont's. Last I saw he was using one of those 4 wheeled cart things and was on oxygen.
|
Well if they went into business in 1972 that is 43 years ago. If he was 40 when he started his business he would be 83 now.
|
being that old if he is eating his own food it must be good for you or he didn't touch the stuff and.......

The sandwich would be too messy with the gravy. They have a dinner chicken fried steak with gravy. When I eat a chicken fried steak with gravy I prefer Ann's Chicken Fry on Rt. 66.
