Morning dudes

My turn to drive by greet....

Work is killing me at the moment...

slodave 10-24-2010 11:40 PM

Killing you softly?

After things get settled down from my move this month, I'm taking the next big plunge:

Scuba certification.

Because I need another hobby to pour thousands of dollars into.

In the event you missed it...

Mike as you may recall I am a certified open water diver. If it looks interesting to you I highly recommend that you do it. I am enrolled in the advanced scuba class for the spring but I think time restraints are going to force me to drop it.

GH85Carrera 10-25-2010 08:27 AM

Sid, you need some more hobbies, you should take up sailing, flying & golf. Just find a rich cougar sugar moma and you are set!

As I remember you are into:
Porsches, Guns, Scuba, Climbing, Paintball & Women. I am sure there are some I missed.

I made a list once and came up with 18 hobbies of mine. One day just to say I did it I spent some (short) time with all 18 hobbies. It was a long day but I did it. :D

porsche4life 10-25-2010 08:30 AM

I have actually dabbled a bit in Sailing. I have the merit badge.... ;) I'd have a boat but I just don't have the time...

You forgot all about Backpacking and Motorcycles! I'm sure there are a few more if we thought real hard.... Its a hard life but someones gotta do it!

If I take up golf will one of you please put me out of my misery?

That is the most expensive hobby!

porsche4life 10-25-2010 08:36 AM

Thats why G doesn't have many other hobbies.... He spends all his money on Poon!

Geronimo '74 10-25-2010 08:46 AM

I never paid for it in my life, Sid.
And to be honest, I'm kinda focused on one girl in particular lately.
It seems we're getting along really well, albeit for the moment only through email.

porsche4life 10-25-2010 08:47 AM

You may not outright pay for it... But you always pay in some way shape or form.... ALWAYS!

Maybe so, but then it would be true for all of us, and not just me....
Go ahead, ask Glen if he thinks he got a bad deal with Mrs Carrera.... :)

GH85Carrera 10-25-2010 10:23 AM

No doubt daiting is expensive. Even when ya date your own wife.

Yesterday we went to the movies. 10 bucks for tickets, 15 for drinks & popcorn, 35 bucks for lunch at TGIF after the movie.

Geronimo '74 10-25-2010 11:09 AM

:)

There are much worse ways to spend your Friday night.

slodave 10-25-2010 11:15 AM

Yes, because he went to the movies during the day.. Had he gone at night, the tickets would have been $20. That's a bit worse than an afternoon movie.

Geronimo '74 10-25-2010 11:24 AM

Huh?? is it more expensive during the night?? how come?? That's just silly. You guys are weirdos. (that last thing has nothing to do with those cinema tickets though.... :D:D)

GH85Carrera 10-25-2010 11:46 AM

When we go to the movies it is always an early Sunday morning show. The matinee is cheaper and less crowded. I prefer a theater with only 30 or 40 folks in it. The church crowd is still in church, and the party animals are still sleeping.

porsche4life 10-25-2010 05:23 PM

Man I go to work and you guys get all worthless and let us slip to page 2?

Slackers!

GH85Carrera 10-25-2010 05:43 PM

It is part of your job to keep this on page one. !!!!
