Your compost looks and sounds a lot better than what my Dad called compost for our garden. It was 5hit.

Plus, everyone should have their own skid steer loader.

The Elky is not even close to rated for that load, and it is way too nice to even try. The truck I borrowed is a real work truck. It lives outside, is covered in hail damage, and is just a work truck.

My computer would have it's tongue hanging out if it had a tongue. It is working on a project that is 4,550 images. It has to stitch them together. Imagine any one point on the ground, it is covered in between 9 to 200 images. Each point is chosen and in the end it makes a 3D model of the ground and all surface objects. It is a large area. It will take several days to finish it all.

Too bad those flat bed trucks you can rent from Home De Pot aren't dump beds.

It's $19 for 75minutes. Wonder if that includes loading it up at the store. Don't ever remember seeing that thing NOT parked on the lot.

morning all. Looks like Dad move to an adult family home next Tuesday and will probably go right on hospice care.

TGIF!!!!

I am totally a geek. The program spits out a quality report with a ton of cool information.

One cool thing, the median is 29154 keypoints per image. So the average is 29K points in any one image that is seen in another image.

Friend of mine had to move his Mom to one of those Home Care houses. 4 adults each with their own bedroom and staff that comes in in shifts to care for them. They tried her in a senior center and she got really upset and aggressive with the other seniors. They were messing with her stuff. Think she tried to stab another lady with scissors.

When Mom was on hospice a lady came out every other day. She just checked her vitals, took her thru her exercises, and helped her take a bath. Probably different because I was here every day.

One of my great uncles was in a rest home. He did pretty well. BUT. He had travelled around the country for 15 years and lived out of motels. His brother had a slab poured outside his window and parked his Mercedes he had traveled in so he could see it. His brother lived in the same small town, visited, and snuck in booze. The only trouble he had was he could see a Braums sign from his window, but would get lost trying to walk around the block to get to it.

His situation really showed the good and bad in people. Because he had Alzheimer's his brother would visit and get him talking. He would discover things he had invested in while traveling. Contacted them and found he had earned LOT of money. His estranged daughter found out he had some money swooped in, got right of attorney. The first thing she did was sell off his Mercedes. When she did that his brother figured she was after the money and didn't care about her father. So stopped trying to find investments. Figured they had only found a fraction of them.

I am struggling with POA issues now with having to consolidate his assets to pay for his care.

Got a call that was a recording saying I was eligible for a grant from the treasury for twelve thousand dollars. Caller ID said it was from NY NY.

Several minutes later I got a call from ET Bob asking me some basic computer questions he has asked before (It sounds like his computer is hacked from turning off all his protection like they told him to.)

Anyway, told him about the Grant notification call. He said I should call the number to check it out. Said it is only legitimate if they ask for money to get grant. Said he called and they wanted $147 to get the grant money.

Told Bob there are no grants offered by the Treasury for anything. It is not something the treasury department does. Grants are provided by companies, groups, and associations. And they do not look for and call people to tell them they qualify. You have to look for grants that are available and once found apply yourself.

He tried to tell me sometimes they call you. I said only if it is a scam, especially if they want you to pay them anything.

Have not had anything to drink containing alcohol since I stepped on that nail and it made me diabetic.
Maybe I need to get a bottle and do some testing!

RKDinOKC 03-23-2018 01:34 PM

Oh yeah, Got the Turbo back yesterday!

It looks great! And the rattles it had before any of this happened are gone too.

Been drooling over Macans this afternoon. Not till the kids are out of college or my RDX dies.

flipper35 03-23-2018 01:54 PM
