not so much finals as papers due, research due, I have to grade my student's finals (I have 70 students) etc etc...
not enough time in the day.

you could do what one professor i heard about at school allegedly did: he would throw the finals down a flight of stairs. the ones that went farthest got the best grades.

this pandora is really cool. i've been fiddling with it this whole time. i've only heard one song i can't stand (anything by radiohead just sucks, IMO).

i had my PC setup to dual boot to OSX. it was nifty, but i couldn't see the draw to the mac OS. my options for tweaking seemed much more regulated, for lack of a better word (my machine is VERY custom).

so, i've been watching the x-files episodes, straight through. i didn't see many of them when the program aired on TV, maybe 10 in all.
here i am, in season three and there is an episode with jack black. fun stuff.
