I just need to be able to sleep.
 Right now I start sweating if under the covers and shiver if I take them off. Plus my stomach hurts, is queasy and I'm starving.

We often call our shop the monster garage. It is all guys, and we have a ton more space than we really need. We have motorcycle parts and even a spare kitchen sink stored in one of the old darkrooms. We have a 36 inch 15 HP lawn mower. We can mow the place in 12 minutes.
If a big thunderstorm is approaching we can park the cars inside. On a few occasions I have stood up from my desk and walked a dozen steps to my car, and driven home to my garage.

Oh man, if I get any worse, I think I'm going to need to go to the hospital. This really sucks. I have 0 energy. I can barely sit up.

regular office here. park out side, walk into building in the rain. but at least the grass is not my problem.

Dude, if you don't have someone there to watch you it might be time for 911 and not the car the phone call.
People die from the dehydration and getting their electrolytes all out of whack. If you pass out that could be all she wrote. Don't drive yourself to the hospital! Get someone to take you or call 911 and go open the front door so they don't have to break it down.
