I still need to do some reading up for the time I was in the US, I read some of it but not all.

A more pleasant sidenote. I thought I had lost my fanstrap and engine oilcooler but I have found them again! Good thing to because that cooler is expensive! (Rick, thanks for arranging a backup, but i won't be needing it)

I also need to read up on Boxsters, chances are I might own one in the near future....

Sorry to hear about the job situation. It sucks when you have a job you like and for whatever reason it does not turn out the way you expect. I have seen that happen in a lot of family businesses. A top employee gets pushed aside for the lazy family member.

With my economy I have narrowed it down to the 2000-2002 models. Preferably an S.

I talked to one of the bosses today and said that I don't believe they will compensate me fully for my car because I know it would be a substansial raise in pay... He kinda reassured me a bit that they would compensate but he never gave me any numbers... (I am expecting a raise of almost 1000$ per month, and that is netto...., so I'll wait and see....)

Anyway, since your Carrera is one year newer than mine, it will have to be the reverse regarding a Boxster. What year model did you have in mind..
