Christ those 917s sound sick. The 908/3s aren't too shabby, either. It was a good day. Lots of stuff to see. Crowds were managable (being Friday and not the weekend yet). The only sadness was the Repsol 962 that got nudged into a tire wall by a Penske RS Spyder. I don't think that guy was too happy about that.

Both cars got a wash and dry. Tomorrow I will use a quick wax spray to clean the road grime off from the drive up.
I also added some red LEDs to the third brake light so it will glow a red Porsche crest. They are powered off a 9v battery so I won't have to leave the key on... |
