Thing is, there is no other diesel car that offers the same bang&fun for the buck as the 1 series. For no small diesels have RWD, except for the 1 series. It's chassis is incredibly good, small, 4 wheels on each corner, it handles the way it should...And it's small, snug cockpit...bit dissapointed that they added 10 cm to the new 1 series.. should have kept it the same size..weight is down another 50 kg

Btw, the new 1 is not a Bangle design... And in black, it looks ok from certain angles...

Lunch is done!

Yes a wet lunch does involve a bar.....and copious amounts of alcohol...and I'm finding it's really time consuming to type when your drunk...as I keep typing then deleting because I can't make up my mind what to type.....I think I'll just go to bed....I think I found all the spelling mistakes..........sound like a nice ride stijn, happy for you....cheers all (hehe.... I can't even decide what smily to attach).

You know this will not stop the hurt.
You know that as a fact.
So why go on.
Call it all off, take that weight off yourself.
You cant force yourself to forget the pain.
You can however make that start.
Thats what you can do.

I dont know you and all the details.
However ,seeing you suffer and wasting time is no good for anyone.
Take the chance.
I agree with VAS 100% on this issue.

I still think he should punch himself in the nuts to create a Pavlov reaction/avoidance instinct as a remedy...

It's so easy : Think of her> punch yerself in the nuts , reset.

The nett result should be that,
if you accidently bump into her at the local groceries store,
you start running like Forrest Gump did when that slut Jenny left him...

As a teenager I accidentally racked myself a few times. I have avoided that for many decades now. I hope to keep my streak going for another 100 years

I have seen more than a few buddies go through a very painful bitter breakup or divorce. Some of them spent a lot of time plotting how to make their BTH suffer. I have been through some painful breakups, but I did the Vas method. Forget it, and move on. I will celebrate my 20th anniversary next April. It took me a long time to find the right lady.

I personally know of one couple that met each other when they were 10 years old. They both claim they knew instantly they had found true love. He proposed to her when they were 11. Their parents made them wait until they were 15 to get married. He was in in 50s before he ever spent one night away from her. They have been married for over 60 years now. He works just a few blocks from my office. They still hold hands and have a special bond. They are still in the Porsche club but have not been to an event in many years.

Ohioans feed turnips to cattle Rick.

Excdept for my mother in law who routinely serves them at Thanksgiving - no one touches them. You'd think she'd learn.

Turniups are OK for catttle feed. I can't remember eating any since I was living with my parents.

I guess they are like liver, an aquired taste that I never aquired.

Yeah, but one day I may want kids....I'm thinking that punching myself in the nuts every 2 minutes for several days/weeks may have a negative impact on that ability...

Did you ever notice how much stuff happened in 1968 and 1969?

How did we do things like the X-15, land on the moon and later build the SR-71 so long ago?

That was before internet forums. I guess that was all there was to do.

Kind of depressing sometimes how little we have done since then.

Yeah, you're right, the differences in telecom and computing technology between then and now are pretty minor...god knows medical technology has gone nowhere as well...

All of the space/aviation stuff was happening b/c we were bound and determined to outgun the russians no matter what. Now the govt is having financial troubles, and shooting people to the moon has taken a back burner, with good reason.

Hey, I'm just sayin. I'd rather have an SR-71 than an iphone.
