i flip flop on the idea that fundamental change is even possible. so, my jury on that is out to lunch.

however, the method that i have faith in is self reflection and suffering. without the two of them, together, no one is going to change their behavior, including me.

drugs are temporary, as mentioned above.

counseling is just self reflection with someone else there to pollute the process with their own problems.

pretty valid points.....as long as the meds stay around and the baseball bats stay at walmart though, I'm thinking I'm goin for it....

I don't either. I assume you use an aluminum bat as well. They tend to hold up much better that the wood ones.

You know, I was in Catholic school since Kindergarten. Once I got to that point in school they taught evolution straight off the bat. That is how it happened. God made sure everything happened but that was how things went. Gradual change. We came from monkeys, then a soul was put in, etc.

Odd that some should disregard science like that. If all the evidence is not enough for them, nothing will be.
