Pics will be posted, when she gets back. Nothing really happened though, just sat outside by the pond, smoked, drank and chit chatted....

Cold/Flu symptom remedy

Chicken broth with a tablespoon of garlic powder, and a 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne or red pepper make the aches go away and the throat feel much better. Gives you your voice back in 10 minutes if you lose it.

Also like to eat french bread toasted with lots of butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper, maybe a little mozzarella cheese chase with Coke.

Ice cream mixed with a little milk to make a real cold shake.

And lastly popcorn with lotsa butter, garlic salt, and guess what, cayenne pepper.

Finally on I40 and out of the terrible snow. Still snowing lightly, but not enough to screw up roads.

Man, it was warm enough in my car just now that I wanted to turn on the AC.

You should have run up to them and said RUN, this is a CNG powered car and its gonna blow after that hit. And after they ran off laugh hard.

That sucks, you did not get it home before it gets hit. I hope they had insurance. Driving in snow is so much fun.

Many years ago when I was in my early 20s I dated a girl that had a "cure for colds."

A shot of tequila chased by a beer every 10 minutes. If the cold does not kill ya the booze will. That 90 lb chick could kill a liter bottle of tequila in an evening all by herself. She was fun while it lasted. I had to quit her because I hated waking up on the floor.

Don't forget the chicken broth. The achey all over feeling is the white blood cells going all over your body looking for something to get rid of. There is something in chicken broth (NOT the low fat or low sodium one either) that attracts the white blood cells to the area being attacked by the invasion instead of all over your body.
