um..... it sucks. NOT!!!

last year, mid march was phenomenal, as was the year before (2009/2010, we received over 100 inches of snow between mid march and mid april at brighton).

if you guys want to come out here, i'd love to show you around brighton. if it is just two of you, i am sure we could put you both up for a few days.

I don't paint fences. Of course I have chain link and or wood stockade so there is nothing to paint.

Alright, thanks. We still need to check into what it will all cost. And I need to figure out what gear I will need to buy, and what I will need to rent/beg/borrow/steal.

pshaw. bring some warm clothes (nothing with cotton or wool). if you don't have boards/etc., rental for boots/bindings/board is about $40/day at the resort, less elsewhere.

i wear snowpants and a fleece jacket w/ a shell and good gloves. good gloves or mittens are a must.

actually, the gear rental at brighton is only $30/day, which is pretty good. i think you can get it cheaper at some places along the way.

Sid, if you have big feet I have snow boots you can borrow. I have 10 EEE feet so I have big wide feet. We all know it is true, big hands, big feet, big nose, big hose.

I spent time in the garage today and I torqued the exhaust manifold bolts again. Hopefully for the last time! The front two bolts on the driver's side are a pain. I have to remove the AC compressor & the Power steering pump just to get to the dang bolts.

Almost bed time for me.

I know all about the synthetics in the cold, and I have two shells that would work. Just need some pants. Probably will buy some gloves, goggles, and a bash hat too...

I'll keep checking into it though...

And glen, my hands are pretty average, pretty long fingers, skinny though....

Morning + G = MorninG

In case this thread drops off the first couple pages before a reply, can any of you guys help me with some measurements?

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/653068-front-suspension-pivot-dimensions.html

And with that, I shall say good night.

Stained/Painted my stockade fence on either side of the house where visible from street. Matches house, I think it looks nice.
