That's a great idea. Low risk. I can do that.

Good looking collies jeff. We had an employee that had a pair of them. Smart dogs. We had a neighbor that had one, and if he would have given it a little more love maybe it would have stayed over there. Damn thing was always tearing things up at our place. Destroyed a couple of extension cords.

Be sure to look her in the eyes, but not like you are staring. And for gods sake don't let her catch you looking at her chest....

We had 2 cats when I was younger, but after they both died of old age, they weren't replaced.

I got to see a daytime rocket launch just about a half hour ago. I've only seen one other daylight launch. The contrail on that other one was much cooler, though. I think it was a Delta 4 heavy or something with some big SRBs. Normally I watch the nightime ones. Those you can see for a lot longer. It is interesting to see the daytime ones, though. You can get a better feel for where they launch from and I could tell the color of the exhaust was orange since my color vision is better during the day.

They launch from Vandenberg, the missile place you know. (Mad,Mad,Mad,Mad World reference).

I have been pretty lucky with clear weather for the launches. The good thing is Vandenberg is so close that they have pretty much the same weather as we do here, so they tend to scrub the mission until good weather comes in.

This launch was a rare retrograde orbit for a recon satellite. That means it has to launch 2,000mph faster to make up for orbiting the "wrong" direction.

My Dad sends me the updates from the SkyLights email list.

Saw my old room mate today. He was off to do a Rick approved activity.... Load up some 3" shotgun shells with some Vietnam surplus flechetes..... That man scares me, glad I'm on his good side....

Oh and the shells are to run through his Saiga 12ga, I feel sorry for anyone dumb enough to cross his path....

Interesting. I thought it sounded like fletches or fletching as in arrow tails.

Anybody know when the new Top Gear starts airing on BBCA? I haven't watched TV for more than a week but I might want to catch that when the new episodes come out. If I'm not in the shop.
