Lotus.........but I'm obviously stupid for british.....
Jury duty sucked......I pissed off everyone.......referred to defense counsel as zippy, snarled at plaintiffs counsel and instructed the judge that she was incorrect on a matter of law.......plaintiff was a douche, bit had solid evidence, defendant seemed like an ok guy but had no evidence and tried to get greedy on counterclaim.......the rest of the jury hated me because I stood staunchly on the side of the douche and thus real evidence presented.......life sucks, the lesson here is to cover your ass even if you think you can trust someone.

I'm a smartass and a jackass.........zippy needs to get his money back for his undergraduate degree as it was obviously a bs in bs and involved no education in diction or grammar.......

After working in a law office through hs and college, I have a pretty firm grasp of how hard I can push........I was very close, but clearly not over the line. Certainly didn't make any friends though......

I was just on a roll......mostly because of the small dick cop that stopped me for 5 over, acted aggressively and condescendingly then failed to even write the legally required contact report yesterday.......

well good. I have always wanted to do jury duty but the only summons I have seen was for Federal court and my number was not called.

Arg! I can't get this test software to reinstall correctly. It goes through the motions, but the same issue. Select any answer on a practice test and it shows it is correct, grade it and it comes up with questions that were answered incorrectly. Make a new test with those questions and it works fine. Oh tech support!

I have issues with authority figures.......probably why I got the hell out of the army and work for myself now.......could also have contributed to the TEB thing......maybe subconsciously I saw the relationship as a way to balance the authority scales since she was my boss.......

Call and complain. They will make it right or the internet will make them pay....

I give up on the test software for the night. I even went through the registry and deleted all the entries I could find.

Do I get a badge? It seems that severe boundary and insecurity issues are the only real prerequisite these days for a badge.....

SOB! The program is working correctly. Typical male, never read the "instructions" and went off what I remembered the last time I used the program. In two out of three test modes, it won't show you if the answer is wrong until the end. I just thought that was part of the real simulated test. Doh!
