Use a flux capacitor mounted on the soldering iron. I find it works better than a flux dispenser.

You guys are too nice! But yes, I do think it is partially because I look so young. I have had men/women treat me not very nicely in the professional world because they think I am lying when I tell them I have my MBA and I have worked here or there. Then I tell them how old I am and they are kind of shocked. Then they treat me better. In the dating realm, it is a little more difficult. Men my age don't approach me because they think I am younger than them. At the same time, it is like a self-weeding out process. I don't think a majority of men my age could keep up with me anyway. But hesitant to go out with these young fellas... Need to find a mature one that doesn't act like an idiot.

Max, I love to dance barefoot.

And Jeff, HILARIOUS!!!!! But I don't think you could have looked at my pictures anyway on FB. I don't think you are friends with me, are you?

Sidney!!!!!!!!! No way! Yay!!!!!!! Let's go snowboarding!!!! We would have so much fun! I would kick your butt though... He he. Just kidding. Woot woot! I am so excited for snowboarding season to start. I love snowboarding. More than surfing.

Flux capacitor? Flux dipenser? That sounds hot... I need to go look this up and read up.

Hope you are planning to take lessons. Wrist guards are a good thing. Easiest way to break your wrists is on a board.

D or tweeze, either of you familiar with these bindings? Made by shimano. Found paperwork on the board, they are circa 2000, but have never been used. A burton Johan 63 and a burton rippey 58.5...

I found as much useful stuff on flux as you did probably when you googled "dirty water".

I didn't use wrist guards when I learned but yes, I can see how those can be useful. And a butt pad.

Ok, it is July in Houston where the snow packed mountains are next to the unicorns. Good choice, buy a snow board. .

and back in the 80's when all you had were soft boot bindings (I used to wear sorels - comfy boot) I broke my ankle, and the same weekend a mate did his knee in......then I had some lessons...

No I haven't friends requested you tweeze....yet..so your probably right. I don't FB much but I'll send a request if you want to see pictures of where I've been in Oz or my Grand Daughter. It's about all that happens on it for me.

Flux:

magnetic flux

flux used to clean solder/braze joints

mass flux as used in fluid mechanics

heat flux in heat transfer (heat transfer per unit area)
