Too much work and not enough play makes for a low post count.

Pets always look so pathetic when in an Elizabethan collar, don't they? Pus from toe (left hind foot). Probably from another cat's bite. (Could even have been his brother, as they rough house occasionally.)

meh.... they like those collars. my pets ask for one, occasionally, because they are so comfortable.

i have a mechanical question, re. my discovery: does this sound like a bad temp sender? symptoms: i literally watched the gauge go from the bottom to the middle in the space of about 3 seconds, only about two blocks from my house (its hot out, but sheesh....). it then hung out there for a bit, then i watched it go to the top in about three seconds from the middle. when i shut the rig down, the electric fan only stayed on for about 30 seconds, then shut off. the mechanical fan is spinning, the coolant is topped up.

what says the stijn brain trust?

P.S. i am stealing that cat photo to post on FB.

It's a quarter to nine here, pm!

Tomorrow we're visiting Granada and the Alhambra, that should be interesting.
Getting up early to get there is not....
GF is not a fan of getting up early....
Chances are I'll have picture but no sound on the way up there....

Temp sender is a place to start, voltage regulator as well. Pull the hot lead off the sender and ground it out, if the gauge pins to the top, the gauge is ok.
