Yesterday morning I wake up to my phone and charger having shorted out.....no big deal, went to Verizon, they verified no water damage and ordered a warranty replacement. Replacement shows up today and it won't activate......go to the Verizon store and they mess with it for an hour with no success. Order another replacement that should be here tomorrow................bleh
