I have been doing some of the few PT exercises that I can do in bed. One of them is to just clench my butt muscles. I figure I will have a cute little tight butt after a few weeks of this. I will not be able to outrun the hordes of hot young 21 year old girls. Should I worry about it?

Pushing down on the bed with my leg is another exersize. Both hurt. Which I guess is why they have me doing them.

Yes... I'm back from the abyss... Don't get too used to it though.... Long day tomorrow, and then back on the road most of next week...

I "get" to go to Morgan City, LA tomorrow and back.... Only 5hrs one way.....

Pfffftt just 10 hours round trip. That is nothing. I had to get back home before I left once. I had to leave the week before and get up to the speed of light to do it. Young whippersnappers just don't know how good you have it.

The morphine is a quick cure for pain but it makes me super sleepy. The pills are mellow time but they take 45 minutes to kick in.
