Tuesday AM drive-by...

4-day weekend. Local PCA car show on Saturday, 356's through 991's, great turn out. Spur of the moment day trip to Cape May, NJ on Sunday. Ferry rides, dolphins, soft-shell crab sandwiches, lighthouse, beach, nice quaint seashore village. Now, back to work...

Good morining folks.

I am at work! Happy Dance time. Wheeeeee

I have a long page of notes from my co-worker about jobs he has not finished. I need to get caught up with those and take care of all the regular stuff as well.

Oh, on a side note. My buddy failed me completely yesterday. I can't believe he just blew me off and never came to R&R the starter. I had two other buddies waiting to help but I told them I had it taken care of. I had to bum a ride from my neighbor that works just down the street from me.

I will have to rent a car today somehow. I will find a more reliable friend to R&R the starter.

ARRRRRG...Found dirty dishes, cups, and siverware in the cabinets and drawers. Somebody has just been rinsing them. Just piles them in the sink, rinses without soap and puts them away. I so DO NOT want food poisoning!!!!!

BTW, Tweeze. Good stuff on the FB post by Sidney.
Good morning fellas... Been busy. Not able to catch up on thread. Dad visiting from Brussels.

Did see this from Dave. Thanks. I like the back and forth banter even though Sidney can't keep up. I have to give him credit for attempting to. He is a persistant little booger. You listening, Sidney?

And Max, I am glad you enjoyed the show. And I will take pics when I show up at his doorstep. I think Sidney thinks I am joking. Obviously he doesn't know me. Now to find out exactly where he lives now. Can't keep up. Toodles!

Hey Azzy, did you see this one? It's in Northern VA, a little west of DC. Not cheap but the miles are low.

My great Uncle lived by himself many years. He got to be real cheap and did not want to waste the money on hot water and soap for plates. He had one old pewter plate that was mostly flat. He would eat off of one side, and wipe it off with his towel. The next meal he just turned the plate over. He decided the refrigerator was expensive so he unplugged it. He would buy hamburger meat and eat off of it for a week. He lived to be 93. He never had food poisoning. I think he was immune.

Oh yeah, and he turns all the lights off and unplugs stuff including the microwave. I keep lights on because I have a cat that pukes and don't want to step in it in the dark. I've even put tape over the switches of the lights I want left on and he turns them off anyway.

Today he got up at noon, said he needed to go to the bank and left. I had to call and have food delivered.

IIRC, didn't he show up to help, while richard recovered? if that is 'help', it might be best if richard didn't have any 'help'. just saying. that totally sucks, richard.

Some thing you would have never thought you would hear seem to be popping up in my life, it began with "when the trash truck landed" and today's nugget..................................
