Needed to put a new battery in the Highlander today. Wife had the pick-up so.........
P- car to the rescue. Gave the new battery a ride through the White Mountains of N.H.
before finally installing it. Never know when it'll be the last ride of the year.

Lovely morning at the Amish Auction, I never knew there were that many farming/outdoorsy tools. Glad I don't need a horse as there were heaps there too, and rabbits (no the eating kind), ducks, chickens, guinea pigs, kittens (Seahawk got two), turkeys, now if they were dead and dressed, I would have got one of them!!!

Bought Blueberry pie, a loaf of bread and some cream filled donuts, I feel myself getting fatter everyday!!

But I also noted that there is an Amish quilt auction next Saturday, so I will be going to that, maybe won't be able to afford to buy anything, but I just want to go and see them, they should be beautiful.

i'd be willing to bet the quilts will be in the $1K+ range.

Those amish could help you build a garage for your new toy as well... Nothing better than an amish barn...

Busy day for me today. I got out the ladder and change a floodlight bulb for the back yard. Replaced the batteries in the rain - freeze sensor for the sprinkler system. We put the cover on the pond to keep the leaves out, and took apart the fountain in the front yard for winter.
