3 hours in the car with my kids... If I'm not back Monday... It's too late.

Okay I am done with that week and I am glad. Now I get to try and remove the tire tracks across my back from the truck that ran me over

Did you do like on an airplane...close the vents and everyone falls asleep due to low oxygen levels. Or just spike their juice packs with a benedryl.

I was pretty exited to get the package tray for my Rover. Even called the dealer today and got the radio codes. Now I just have to find out what the previous owner did to the speaker wiring, Balance and Fade do nothing.

Thinking about putting this JVC in the 928...The Blaupunkt cd is getting really tired, the screen is blank and it crackles when I rotate the volume knob.

It's all touch screen, you can customize the buttons and screen background. Besides a CD, it has USB, SD card, bluetooth and works the iPhone. And if I can figure out where to put the front center channel speaker, 5.1 surround sound. It also plays movies, but I don't see much value in that. I'm about watched out with my foot recovery.

Oh yeah, it will also display a backup camera.

I was hoping to put in a carputer. There were some guys working on making a direct plug in electronc replacement for the HVAC controls and refitting the center console for a double din touch screen and car computer. It was going to be non-desructiive so you could put it back stock. It would do all the stuff modern double dins do, Nav, HD radio, Satellite, etc, run the HVAC, AND would interface with and run engine monitoring and tuning software, track data collection and on board video, basically anything you would want to do with a computer in your car. They lost the programmer for the HVAC control and the materials they were using for the replacement console frame are no longer available. Said they would have to start all over and just wasn't worth it. Dern, it sounded really cool.
