Evening Y'all. Well the roads were not bad here but I had cold wet snow dripping on me all day long because most dip wads refuse to clean their cars off before heading out.
word to the wise, do NOT piss off a mechanic that is abut to work on your car, and god help you if you want an inspection, you are screwed!!

Kinda like yelling at a nurse taking care of you in the hospital. Not a wise thing to do.

I had one client that I ended up putting the tif on my desktop. That way when he went to load the dxf it would look for the file on his desktop. It amazing a man that has an alphabet after his name can't figure out how to re-link a tiff file.

hey Jferr! got one for you. DWG files and TIFF files do you know of a way to make the tiff a perm part of the dwg. Kinda like a bound xref. Seems we have a few folks here that keep forgetting to send the tiff to the client.
you can't bind images like you can xrefs. Use the etransmit command to package the drawing with the image files included in the package. It's no different than including the images with the drawing file but the etransmit will tell you have imae a referenced and you need to include it. You can set etransmit to package all files associated with the drawing ad zip them all together.
