First attempt;

And yes, it's not a big bathroom (2350x1550) and that's good cause it'll only be $6-7k to reno and all it's need for is the three esses anyway.

Jeff I tried to mess with your design and I am not in the mood to figure out how to put the toilet seat in the tub.

Glen I will leave the snow and ice here if I can, as for my snowblower, it may become a gocart for the grandkids

You'll fall in if you take off the toilet seat

Besides, the missus wil have nothing to complain about if there's no toilet seat to put down.

Arizona sounds like a good place to move to. I might have to look into something like that, especially with those real estate prices. Tired of the 250k getting you a postage stamp around here. I need some land to stretch my legs on.

It's not for everyone. I can't get excited about living in the desert southwest. I like being close to the ocean.

Meh, I had a lifetime of sand and salt water as a kid.

It is just like a convertible, BTDT. After 20+ years of a convertible I have that out of my system.

I have never grown tired of beer.

Those places tend to be very expensive. Like Monterrey or San Diego or Hawaii, south of France.

Guy in 928 group recently moved him and his family away from Tuscon, said the gang stuff was getting too heated being so close to the border for him. Could be why the housing market is so low priced.

Ahhh, the start of a three week vaca.

Going to spend a couple of nights at the Ventana in Big Sur, do a little hiking during my favorite time o the year, then be a house bum. Get to pick and choose what I work on for a change.

Nirvana.

I've spent the last few days in San Francisco. It has been gorgeous here.

If you don't like the crowdedness, price, politics, or hustle and bustle of the city, there are lots of other types of places to live around the Bay Area.

Evening Y'all
Well I went in to apply at the local Honda stealership, they had an entry level position open and I need a job, well I didn't get it because I am over qualified. They did however MAKE a job for me on Subi. I have to go pee in a cup monday they it's off to jap land. I really can't wait to get behind the wheel of a 2014 BRZ, they are adding a turbo.
I had to make a few changes today to my house but they are some I can deal with. I cut my "extra" profit margin out to make it look better and told the Realtor there was no room to move the price is fixed. My RE agent in Tucson seems to be burning the midnight oil for me, I have to expand my email for him and it seems he has a direct line to my phone. I like hounddogs

It's not an if but a when. Beth is all on board with it and I gotta get out of here, I can't take the way this state has gone and the weather.
Like Andy said I need to stretch my legs

Welcome to wonderland, how was the fall down the rabbit hole?

Wait til you get to Amy and Clara.

And not to spoil it but you haven't seen the last of Rose.
