After noon Y'all. Well had a rather interesting day. Back info. Beth's boss is a rather big fella, roughly the same size as me but he suffers from small penis, and has to take out his invalid feelings on small weaker people, usually women. I suspect his wife wears the pants in the family. He has routinely bullied Beth at work, by yelling and name calling. She loved the job and the people she worked with and he was the lone thorn in the job.
Today he called her into his office and ramped it up rather harshly and she had enough, she quit. He told her to turn in her keys which she did and he followed her to her desk as she gathered her belongings, berating her the entire time and trying to look in her purse. She just walked out and he followed her in the parking lot still with the barrage of condescending remarks and right on her heals. She got to her car and he was right on top of her and chest bumped her and tried two more times as she backed away from him. Yeah I get a wonderful phone call from her in tears, and I told her to come right to the shop. I gave her the choice, press charges or have bail money because it was going to be handled right then and there. She opted for the law. ( I was a little more than disappointed, I really want to hit this guy multiple times)
After they took the report on the phone, I told the officer to have someone meet me at her old office so she could retrieve her belongings, I was told I was not to step foot on the property or I would be arrested. The cop on the phone knows me. Well it turns out the cop that showed up is a friend of her former boss, this could only be problems, but it went smoothly and we left, straight for the magistrates office to swear out a warrant for assault. The Magistrate was a woman, and hotter then hell I might add who when she found out the one cop was friends with the old boss, she discounted his report and sent the original officer to do the interview, then issued the warrant.
I made a few calls and the old boss isn't just going to get served, he is going to get some bracelets, and a chauffeured ride to post bail.
I am about to make his life a living hell, he has no idea just how mad I am and how vindictive I can actually be. I told Beth to not get in my way, this is what I am good at. More phone calls tonight, and more bad karma heading his way

Note to self get Rick a thanks you card and have it on hand cause someday he is going to help out a friend in need in a big way.

I am going to do my level best to make him regret the day he pissed me off by going after my wife. I had to back my son down, he was beyond pissed.

does he have a boss or is he the owner? might cost him his job. file a retraining order so if he shows up at your house you are covered.

his boss probably thinks he is a good guy cause he makes the company money. but what is really happening is that the people under him are making the money working for a jerk.

He is one of the owners, and no restraining order will be sought, I would invite him to step foot on my property or even my town, I would love that. More then you can imagine.

I was thinking more in terms of being covered when he does show up. I think of it more of a lic and tag just incase you might have the chance to fill it..........

If he does show up (which I doubt, he can't bully me) Calling the law is very very low on the list of options, I will simply beat him until I hurt. He has no idea of the fury I am trying to hold in right now.

Most of those types of people have no idea because they are used to people backing down. Every so often they meet someone that doesn't and they usually need a change of underwear at that point.

You did the smart thing Rick. I know it would be more fun right now to hurt him. But there is a tomorrow. You don't want to spend it in jail. Use the law to your advantage.

I made that note to self long ago. I enjoy some humorous teasing of Rick but I am never gonna piss him off of purpose.

I to enjoy poking fun with Rick. Hell we even tried to stir it up here just to get a reaction from the crowd. But Never on purpose.
