I spent almost an hour and a half fighting with Comcast about their billing. If there's a worse company than them, you'd have a hard time convincing me.

I still remember opening my cell phone bill and saw the $900 total. It took two YEARS to get it straight. I finally wrote a long letter that spelled out the problem step by step. I found out the name of the manager in the department and mailed it to her attention. A week later she called me and apologized for the billing error. She said most of the employees on the phone support lines can only read their computer script and not think for themselves. She fixed the problem in no time and it has been fine for many years.
