I prefer the 12 oz curls to the 12 lb curls.

Don't those 12oz curls get lighter with each rep to compensate for muscle fatigue?

Bulking up goes to an entirely different place too!

I did what Richard does, wandered through some petty seedy sites until I found something "interesting", and just had to share.

I am somewhat used to dealing with vectors, but in Gerber Omega, which is total different. Basically I'm having to learn as I go, and I don't have time.
There are some pretty stunning tutorials out on the net!

Morning Folks.

We had the PCA board meeting last night at a board member's house. His a a typical bachelor late 20s and he his is doing a "Jim" job of remodeling his house. He just does not fly to the left coast to do it. It is a nice nouse in a part of town that does not have many 3 car garages. His house does have a 3 car garage. That is the main reason he bought the place. He is a very smart fella.

It is always a little strange to go into a bathroom and find some of the sheet-rock missing. BTDT. I have the t-shirt. I don't wanna ever have to do that again.

Happy Thursday, just one more day until the weekend.

Joe, he looks stronger than the body builders. I always wondered how those body builders would do i a strong man contest. Some of those guys have a beer belly but they can carry a heavy load a good distance. Or like Andre the Giant. 4 guys tried to pick a fight in a pub with him and he chased them into their car outside and promptly turned it over with them in it. OF course the was in the UK so the car was a smaller variety.

Needs to have more hair and it should be untamed. This is Joe's comic relief sidekick.

I decided if we ever do a Stijn gathering, we need lots of B SciFi movies.

Just watched an old one. Don't remember the name, but it was giant slugs from the Salton Sea. Watched it because we lived not far from there, but far enough not to smell it.
