Have been addicted to these for 25 years! First they work and second if you are the least bit sleepy, pop a FF in your mouth and you are immediately awake and will stay that way for at least 5 minutes.

BTW, my parents were not the ones who addicted me to this stuff. It was at the British NAFI (military PX) in Berlin Germany when I was based there in the 80's. Was walking through the place to get some Lemon Curd (another wonderful Brit treat) and noticed the Twiglets on the shelf. Decided to try some and was addicted from the first bite.
