Zagnut bars are pretty good when you can find one. Necco wafers always remind me of being a kid again, like ribbon candy.

When I was in college I used to eat a Butterfinger and a Pepsi for breakfast every morning. I was in the best shape of my life back then...maybe I should try it again?

It's been a long time since I had a candy bar, but my first choice was a Snickers.

Just had a butterfinger during lunch today. Finishing the halloween candy! Tasted as good as it did as a kid.

I lost my first tooth in an Abba Zabba. I remember Milk Shake bars, but that was a long time ago. Reeses are really good,,,,but nothing,,,I repeat nothing,,,,,,is as good as a Kit Kat that's been in the freezer. I don't even eat candy, but show me a frozen Kit Kat and my fangs come out!

Funny you say that. I love the Reese's, but my dad (who turns 90 next month) managed to eat a case of them on a troop ship returning from Europe in 1945. Sixty-four years later he still turns green at even a mention of them.

Couldn't agree with you more. In college, my Mom used to send me care packages with homemade cookies and a bag of the minis. My roommates knew, they could dig into the cookies, but there'd be hell to pay if they touched my minis.

When I was a kid (in the 50's), my favorite candy bar was called Old Soul, or maybe Old Sole. It was a chocolate bar in a strange rectangular shape. Any of you old timers remember those? I can still see the clear heavy cellophane wraper with maroon coloring on it.
