Ill try and upload a few pics of our 914 2.0 barn find track car project. unfortunately ours came with the standard issue northeast rust package. a good mig welder and a grinder and all is better.

The 914 has some nice lines..

I love them. I've had 3 of them and my son had one I bought for him. I made him sell it when he got a DUI in it. Broke both our hearts on a lot of levels.

I was converting one to a six when I found my 911S.

Now that I'm retired and the "S" is sold, I may look at one as a project. I'm on a fixed income now so another 911 is not in the cards. A 914 could scratch my itch for less money. I love the way they handle. I think the 914-6 is the best of both cars. One of the best ideas Porsche has had.

There is one in my storage shed I would love to get rid of, cheap!

Zef, that was my car. 74 Special Edition. When I got it, the yellow had been removed. I only discovered it was a SE by finding a yellow chip on the spare wheel. I really did like that car.

The 1974 L.E. was quoted in the 10 Porsche cars you have to put money in...value/collector wise, in Excellence mag last year.

Got the front hood open tonight. Two bolts and the bumper was off.

Surprised at how clean the trunk was.

Washer cap is missing, but there is 3/4 tank of stinky gas in the tank.

Rear trunk isn't bad either. I took pad and carpet out for the pic
