I am the only one still gaining weight.

I am going to believe that the ones who did not post have gained a bit also.

I will go into aggressive weight loss mode next week.
I should be under 200 by next Saturday.

Thats what kills me, eating out while on the road working. Finally going back down again and at 241 now.

Problem is that I have a "have a free dinner on us" at Benihanna's for my birthday that is NOT going to go to waste that expires in 4 days.

The bad news, I was in El Paso Thursday and Friday.

The Good, 38 miles on Saturday and 45 miles on Sunday (With 20+ mph winds).

Weight 269, a slight loss

240 this morning. Not where I thought I'd be. I'm changing my workout program. Today was treadmill and legs. No worry about beer drinking, I can't walk to the fridge!

I had to put off this second round of 'aggressive weight loss' until today.
The first step seems goofy, but it works. Bulk up for two days.

I'm 207.5, now.
I'll lose 1-2 pounds every day until I hit 185!!

I was 200 as of this morning. Stomach flu helped with that 8 lb loss! I don't recommend you try it though....

201 today!

No secret.
Cut out fats, sugar, alcohol and starch along with smaller meals.

I'll do this for about 3 weeks.
I lost about 38 pounds last go around!

My total loss when I hit 185 will be- 53#'s!!
