Steel vs. Titanium vs. Carbon Fiber people when they should just be out riding.

It's almost as annoying as people in planks vs. board arguments.

Flo - the progressive spokeswoman.
The Geico Lizard.
The stupid cavemen that sold insurance.
Tramp stamps on ugly chicks.
Fat women wearing thin women's clothing thinking they are hot.
Cars that go boom BOOM BOOM.
White people who act African American.
Road ragers.
People whose driving pushes me towards road rage.
People that drop into my office and get all chatty ignoring my "I am working now" signals.
Public servants that don't know who they work for.
Polictical whack jobs - no matter which side.
Patchouli oil wearers.
Militant vegans.
PETA.
Gun nuts that won't shut up.
Religious nuts that won't shut up.

Funny. I consider myself to be someone who generally likes people. It seems I may have a few issues. (My list could continue on much much more.)

Why would a deaf person use a handicap tag??? My wife has qualified for one going on 10 years now but shows no signs of a disability (MS)? I am happy we don't HAVE to park in one!

The best way to handle these types is to make sure you're on the right half of the sidewalk and don't change the speed you are walking... just play a game of chicken with 'em. Works for me.

Sometimes add a little eye contact with a blank, dispassionate stare just for fun. Make 'em wonder if you're nuts.

My step father was issued a tag. He was blind. In his words, I can walk just fine; why should I need to be closer to the door? We would use the tag at the malls at Christmas time when there just wasn't any other spots to be had. Never would anyone in the family consider using the tag without him in the car.

My short list:
Blue Tooth wearers (they must be so important to wear this thing 24/7).
People who assume that because I work in retail, I must be stupid.
Parents who can't or won't control their children.
Dog owners who assume everyone likes their lap rat as much as they do.
people on cell phones who can't walk straight or to the side of a narrow corridor and stop dead middle for no reason.

Sounds to me like you're just a decent person who respects the rights of others and does not like people who dont realize that this world was not built for them alone. Oh and there must be huge money to be made in car insurance with those companies spending zillions on add time the way they do.

i'm trying to be less annoying and less annoyed. difficult on both counts.

but, the thing that still gets me...to the point where i typically have to say something is:

i hate when people block areas that shouldnt be blocked...(cars count too). i was going up the escalator at target the other day. the lady in front of me, stopped and started a conversation with a friend at the top! those two ladies, effectively corked the area btwn the handrails..i came up, hit the tiny landing and told them that it was a schitty place to chat it up. a nice philippino lady almost went up my butt from behind...chatty ladies gave me stinkeye, but moved. doorways are very popular conversation areas...grrr.

another one...now that everyone is in a hurry, and we all pay with debit/credit cards..i hate when the shopper behind me crowds me. all up in my personal space when i try to type in my PIN#. last time, i handed my card to the guy, and said, "hey, you wanna do this?"

not bad,,just two! i'm getting better!!!

I don't know. I just know they qualify.

Perhaps it is analogous to a hybrid car in parking lot. I almost got hit by one because they are pretty much silent. Same thing?

People who are in a long line at a store, get to the cash then suddenly seem to act surprised that they need to pay and proceed to rummage around looking for a credit / debit card or want to count out pennies to make exact change.

no offense to the blind, but why would they give them a handicap PARKING placard?
are these the same brainiacs that put the sign on the drive up menu that says "braille menu available"
If they need a braille menu, do you think they can see the sign that says it's available?
should they be in the drive up window anyway?
again, no offense intended to the sight impaired

Dude, we HAVE to be related!!!!!

I always leave a car space between mine and the person in front at an ATM. I like to think it shows a bit of respect.I try to do the same in store lines, whenever possible.

I hate it when Chris Berman says one team will beat another 19-15 or 22-16. Scores that could never happpen.
