If I were you I'd get my own marketing website and then link your FSBO marketing to it.
Most sites offer a home owners site link. Also I'd post on all the FSBO sites for your area, you want to get the word out and you'd be shocked at how many people won't look at your place even if they see the sign or info!
Let me see if I can find an example?

Simple one page photoshop page, but effective. Place sold in 2 weeks after being on MLS for almost a year with 2 of those 'lazy' reeltor types :eek:
