ya know after thinking about this and staring at my HK P9S(its HKP9S week this week-i change carry spoons weekly) there sure are a lot of similar lines btwn the two of them.

take a good close look. i had to grab mine and hold it up to computer screen and lines are strikingly similar.

It has a lot of the lines of the VP-70 too.

So was the VP-70. First polymer framed pistol ever sold to the public.

I really like your little .22

Best of luck with it!

That's the first time I've seen on of those! Awesome! I've always liked that futuristic look. Definitely a keeper.

Yeah I thought about reselling it as I only paid $200 for it and it's worth more than that, but it's so unusual I think I'll keep it. I don't have a .22 pistol anyway, and I sure can't afford a Colt Woodsman. I'll shoot it this week before I really decide.

Thanks Sniper.

If it shoots well, I'd vote for keeping it. Not that I'd swap my Browning challenger for one..

I'm holding on to a first series Woodsman for no real reason. Maybe we could work something out.

Pretty cool, I would buy one.

Eli Whitney? Like, invented the cotton gin Eli Whitney? Yes, it turns out.

Reissue by Olympic Arms, sub $300, not as sharp looking with the vent rib, spoils the lines IMHO, polymer frame rather than aluminum

Whitney Wolverine, designed by same guy who did Browning BPS shotgun it said.

I'm gonna break down and go get a new camera today, so I'll post some picks later.

Dan that seems like a good thing. Maybe we can work that out. You know I'm a sucker for them Colts. There was a 1903 at the same show for $350. I prolly could have had it for $300. I have thought I should have bought the Colt instead even though I have a few 03's.

I'll shoot you a couple of pics of the woodsman when I get a chance.
It's a slab-side match target.
