Unless you wake up with a dead hooker and bloody sheets in the hotel room it's not a big deal :-) Hopefully you didn't whiz on anything important (like a TV set - that I've actually done, but I was 16 and had been drinking alot)

you may be developing some problems that could become serious over time; you want to catch them early and deal with them, not have them deal with you
I would definitely talk to your Dr. about urination frequency & etc. as well as the sleep walking. Tobra has not posted again, but I suspect that he was heading in that direction with one of his questions. |

Please tell us you sleep with clothes on. Otherwise you're gonna have a bigger problem if the neighborhood kids happen to be walking by early one morn.

Well, if you don't take Ambien or its generic, then don't. If I take a half (and I weigh 190), I'm good to do something I won't remember. Or so I've been told.

Once in a while our two year old daughter walks out of her room, goes 20-30 feet and then later in the night/morning, we find her asleep on the floor in random places. Seems like she never wakes up or makes a sound when she is doing this. She hasn't done it in a while fortunately as it could be a scary and dangerous thing.

You should get this checked out. I have a cousin that walked out of a sixth story window. She broke her back in 2 places, her pelvis, and her leg in two places. She lived. I am pretty sure most people would not be so lucky.
