My guess would be boredom from being stuck in the tank for ever.

Very cool though, thanks for sharing.

Very cool! Thanks for posting that.
It looks like they put a spin on the air and it is like a little vortex they can manipulate and play with.
It is amazing what you can come up with when you have time on your flippers.

Very neat. I'm always torn about our need to cage things.

Yep, I've had birds before, but I won't have any and haven't had any for over 30 years.

That's why I let my birds have the run of the house. I never clipped their wings, so they were free to fly. They were healthier and happier.

You must not have Psittacine (sp?) birds...such would/will destroy you wood work from gnawing in a big hurry.... I think it's cool that you let them fly around, though.

Had a client once with a big Toucan for which he built a large aviary by screening off about 1/3 of a room. Damn bird threw fruit all over the place. Neat birds but messy as hell.

English Parakeets. I don't have much woodwork here, so I survived, they did nibble on the wall around where they hung out on the blinds. No real damage though and I was able to discourage them early on.

It's been 6 months since Skyler passed on, he was 10. Okay, I'm getting tears in my eyes.
