beautiful cars

Just a small collection

my favorites had the perspex headlight covers and chrome bumperettes.

So many of the 250s were beautiful
My usual #1 is the 250 GT SWB, but I thought I'd go for something different

I also really like the original plain F1 (like any F1 is "plain")

I've also always liked the SLs

The red ones ok.

I like this one better.

Mainly cause it's MINE.

The Red one is a Roadster.

Mine's a Coupe, hardtop option, whitewalls and brightwork on the eyebrows. Dig the chrome and smoked glass visors. Also have the full factory luggage.

#7 off the line in '55, first production year.

I would, literally, kill for a 250. Seriously, if anyone has a 250 and wants someone dead, let me know...

I'd be willing to break knee caps for an E-type...

Wow, yeah, very cool. The visors are neat, and the luggage option is also nice.

That black delahay or whatever it is in the third picture looks like crap.

I was gonna say it looks like ass but I've seen plenty of asses that look much better than that thing. Must be french.
The rest of em are sweet.

The MG TD I think is a TF. 1953 and wire wheels makes it a TF. I could be wrong.

You are wrong. TF 1250 came out in '54 with and without wire wheels, and headlights faired into the fenders.I owned one from 1960 to 1972.

Best,
Tom

The new Aston is nice, but doesn't really trip my trigger. I guess I just like the classics most of the time.

The BMW is nice, the VW is actually very nice too, and both of the Alfas.

The Ferrari 250, oh yeah, that's usually at the top of my list, I think it may even beat out the E-type.

Another nice Jag

I like the D-type and the XKSS, but they aren't really beautiful in the same way that the C and E types.

I like the old XK120s and 150s too.

I can't get over how *close* you guys are to being right, but yet still WRONG !

I like the Lusso from the front, but rear and rear 3/4 lose me a bit. The 250 SWB Berlinetta is the best all-rounder, IMO:

For MGs, I'll take the pure, spindly lines of a TC over the TDs (or even TF)

And for Etypes, only a FHC will do

For 911s, make mine an SC or Carrera, backdated without a tail. Black, or dark blue/green.

Should none of those be available to me, A LeCar Sport would suffice
