 I regularly see mini-skirts around here, although, more is always better (unless we're talking lbs.).

Back when I was in high school the dress code was clear about skirts & dresses. The hem line had to go as low as the girls thumbs when she had her arms at her side. That is SHORT. I loved it. Stand up and let your arms hang at your side, where your thumbs are, that was the hem line!

In HS our dress code was pretty strict.... Now in college... Well its great. And today is the first day of classes, and its nice and warm. Not bad at all around here...
